Why hello everyone
Today marks another month gone in the magical world of mission life. It´s kind of weird, but I´ll get over it :)
For all of you soccer fans, Paraguay got stomped 3 to 0 in the finals of the copa américa by Uruguay. So we got second place which is still pretty good!
It rained a lot during the week which wasn´t very much fun, but it didn´t rain on Sunday. Yay! During the week we did a division with Juan de Salazar, and I was with an Elder that´s been in Paraguay for 2 weeks. We were in his area so I didn´t know where anything was, and neither did he so it was pretty interesting. Luckily we made it through the day and everyone is happy. We had to extend the division for a day because there was a bus problem and there were no buses going back from Emboscada, so Argyle and his comp for a day couldn´t get back to us. It was no good.
Good news is, we have a baptism this Saturday! A lady named Lilian that we found is going to get baptized. And, next week we have 2 more possibles to get baptized. They just have to come to church this Sunday another time. They´re super legit so it´ll all be good. The work here in Emboscada is getting better. We´re finally having more members come to church and they´re being less poopy which just makes everyone happy.
The weather now is all sorts of weird. It´s hot and cold in the same day and it´s just nuts. It makes it hard to be comfortable during the day. Other than that, it´s just same stuff going down. We walk a lot and teach a lot and it´s just magical. No more dogs have tried to bark at us this week so at least they aren´t dying. I think that´s all I have for this week. I love you all, and everything is going just great here. :D
Love,
Elder Morris
